Grade‑1 transparent recycled PVC pellets
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
PVC is a versatile general‑purpose thermoplastic. It combines rigidity and flexibility. With varied plasticizer content, it can be produced into rigid profiles or flexible films. It delivers good properties including flame retardancy, chemical corrosion resistance, favorable electrical insulation and relatively high strength. It is low‑cost with excellent cost‑performance. However, it has poor heat resistance (typical service temperature ≤ 60 °C) and insufficient stability against light and heat; stabilizers must be added during processing.
Main Applications
Rigid products: widely used in construction materials such as water‑supply & drainage pipes, door‑window profiles and wall panels; also for chemical storage tanks, electronic device housings and more.
Flexible products: extensively applied in wire‑cable insulation layers, artificial leather, packaging films, raincoats, toys, sandals, vinyl flooring and wallpaper.
Please specify your additional requirements for hardness, impact performance, gloss level, specific gravity, environmental compliance, surface pits and other physical‑property indicators.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
